 To use AnyDesk please follow the instructions below: 

 1. Download and run the AM-AnyDesk.exe

2. Provide the customer support agent with your This Desk ID which you can find on the left side of Any Desk


3. The customer support agent will then try to connect to your device. 

4. Press accept in the upcoming dialog. Its also possible to define specific permissions, in general we recommend not to change these for a smooth support operation. 


5. If asked allow access for AnyDesk within your local windows firewall.
